Consulting to companies in prevention of labor suits, by preparation of legal opinions, revision of routine procedures followed by companies, drafting of collective bargaining agreements, formulation of profit sharing and stock option plans and guidance in all areas of labor relations;

General or specific analysis of labor contingencies, with preparation of reports and graphs, seeking to quantify known liabilities and identify hidden ones.

Handling of labor suits from preparation of the complaint or answer until final resolution, including appeals to the highest courts and assistance in award-setting proceedings, in individual and collective matters.

Participation in meetings with labor unions and trade associations, roundtables at regional labor offices, analysis and preparation of collective bargaining agreements and lawsuits involving them, including to prevent strikes.

Representation of companies in administrative labor proceedings involving infractions of labor rules, as well as guidance regarding inspections by the labor authorities to prevent assessment of fines for infractions.

Handling of investigative procedures and class actions with the labor authorities, including negotiation of consent decrees.
